Qualifications
- A master’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
- Prior industry and/or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to teach in a project-based learning environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students and faculty from multiple disciplines.

Essential Functions
- Teach assigned courses, including class preparation, instruction, grading, and office hours.
- Plan, conduct, and assess laboratory components associated with assigned courses.
- Supervise and evaluate student assignments and projects.
- Provide additional academic support to students as needed.
- Foster a classroom environment that supports inclusivity, engagement, and growth.
- Track and report changes in class schedules or instructional delivery.
- Continuously review and improve teaching materials and methodologies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and assessment activities.
- Comply with all university policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Chair or College Dean.

- Setting up equipment for an electrical engineering lab.
