Adjunct Instructor of Chemistry

About the role

The College of Arts and Sciences at Carroll University is seeking adjunct instructors for the fall 2026 semester. Courses include Organic Chemistry (CHE 203), Organic Chemistry Laboratory (CHE 203L), and additional sections.

Responsibilities

• Teach Organic Chemistry (CHE 203) and its laboratory component (CHE 203L) as scheduled.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, labs, and other instructional activities as outlined in the course syllabus.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback as required.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other academic information.

Requirements

• A graduate degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or related field.
• Official transcripts due upon hire.

• CHE 203: 10:40 a.m. - 11:50 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, On Campus
• CHE 203L: 1:00 p.m. - 3:50 p.m., Tuesday, On Campus
• CHE 203L: 1:20 p.m. - 4:10 p.m., Wednesday, On Campus
• CHE 203L: 9:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m., Tuesday, On Campus
