Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach classes in the Department of Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance or Real Estate or a closely related discipline at the time the appointment begins for Undergraduate Class.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Insurance or Real Estate or a closely related discipline at the time the appointment begins for Graduate Class.
- 3+ years of experience in finance and/or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as an employee at VCU.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Finance, Insurance, or Real Estate or a closely related discipline at the time the appointment begins.
- Prior teaching experience.
