Adjunct Instructor of Real Estate Economics and Finance
About the role
The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses focusing on the economic and financial aspects of real estate development and investment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver course content
- Schedule office hours and be accessible to students
- Grade assignments and exams
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a related field (MRED, MBA)
- Significant professional experience in commercial real estate
- Prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level courses
- Expertise in real estate finance and urban economics
- Knowledge of financial analysis, cost of capital, market analysis, and methods of financial analysis
- Experience in evaluating combinations of financing across public and private sectors
- Understanding of theoretical and institutional issues in financial arrangements

Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $29.06/hr. - $38.89/hr.
