Adjunct Instructor - ECE

About the role

The Helen and John C. Hartmann Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks adjunct professors to teach various courses in Photonics, Nano and Quantum Materials and Devices (PNMD), Communication, Signal Processing and Machine Intelligence (CSM), Computer Systems and Networking (CSNW), Energy, Power Systems, and Sustainability (EPSS), or Robotics, Intelligent Systems, Data Engineering (RID).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lectures, prepare and grade assignments, design laboratory experiments (if needed), and examine student learning.
• Learn and use online course management system - Canvas.
• Submit grades to the registrar at the end of the semester.

Requirements

• M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Salary Information: $2668 per contact hour (USD)
