About the role

Part‑time adjunct position in the Humanities & Communications Department at Cowley College, with teaching opportunities in Communications, English, Literature, and Spanish. The role is temporary, reports to the Department Chair for Humanities & Communications, and may be delivered at multiple locations including online.

Responsibilities

• Teach specific classes in your chosen field using innovative, engaging methods that promote student learning and regular attendance.
• Develop course outlines, curriculum, and instructional materials to improve the processes and courses offered to students.
• Provide personalized support to students, leveraging the flexibility of a course‑by‑course schedule.
• Contribute to the prestige of the institution while teaching your specialty in the manner you find most effective.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant Humanities or Communications discipline.

Pay

Pay frequency: monthly.
