Job Summary

Wilberforce University is a small, Liberal Arts University with an Entrepreneurial focus, and a legacy of being the nation’s first privately owned HBCU. This appointment is an on-site evening position that starts in the Fall of 2026.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary teaching responsibilities could include teaching various disciplines such as Biochemistry, Biology, Business, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Digital Humanities, Digital Media, Health Services Administration, Kinesiology, Health and Human Services, Psychology, Rehabilitation Services Social Work, Sociology, Literature, and Entrepreneurship.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Prior Teaching Experience is preferred. Minimum Qualifications include a master’s degree in the listed disciplines.

Closing Date

Open until position is filled semesterly.

Starting Date

As early as Summer 2026.
