Pay
In compliance with the State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, and in accordance with the current MOA, Rowan University adjuncts are provided with a minimum of $2,225 (after 9/1/2026) per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year. Courses will be assigned to instructors by College of Department on an as-needed basis.
