Job Purpose

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Immigration sponsorship will not be offered for this position. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses in the area of Communication each semester as needed.

Essential Duties

Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.

Minimum Education Requirements

  • Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Communication or related majors and/or relevant job experience.

Preferred Education

  • ABD or PhD in Communication or a related major.

Minimum Job Experience Requirements

  • Experience in the field is preferred.

  • Previous teaching experience and a willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.
