Adjunct Faculty - Sociology

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach Sociology 101 during the day at the Early College & Career Center in Elizabethtown, KY.

About the role

ECTC is hiring an adjunct instructor for in-person SOC 101 instruction. The role includes delivering course content and using Blackboard for communication and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person instruction for SOC 101
• Create and deliver course content
• Use Blackboard for communication and feedback
• Support student learning and success through mentorship and engagement

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Sociology

Qualifications

• Experience with Blackboard (preferred)
• Experience teaching at the community college level (preferred)

Pay

$590.00 per credit hour
