About the role
The School of Science & Technology is seeking instructors to teach the following in-person course during the Fall 2026 semester (September 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026):
- Introduction to Computer Science
Courses meet for 3 hours per week in either a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 50-minute format or a Tuesday/Thursday 75-minute format.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person instruction during assigned time blocks for the entire semester.
- Adhere to Endicott’s academic policies as outlined in the College’s Faculty Handbook.
- Follow the course description and honor the established learning outcomes.
- Use Canvas as the learning management system.
- Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
- Communicate with the dean or administrators regarding any issues with course instruction.
- Hold office hours or meetings with students upon request for course-related assistance.
- Provide samples of student work for assessment purposes.
- Use Endicott email for all student communications outside of class.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master’s degree is required.
- College-level teaching experience is preferred.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $1,100–$4,700 per 3-credit course, based on enrollment. This reflects base pay only and does not include additional compensation or benefits.
