About the Role

The Department of Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor to teach Inclusive Methods for Teaching Science/CURR 706 for the Fall 2026 Semester beginning September 9, 2026.

Salary is $4,215.98 for a 3-credit course when the section is full (9 students). If enrollment is 8 or fewer, the salary is prorated based on the number of students.

Responsibilities

• Teach Inclusive Methods for Teaching Science/CURR 706 during the Fall 2026 semester.

Requirements

• NJ Teacher Certification in Science (Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics).
• At least 5 years’ experience as a teacher of Science.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Supervision, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
