About the role

The Department of Physics & Astronomy at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Prescott, AZ) is seeking an adjunct physics instructor to teach undergraduate physics courses in person at ERAU's Prescott Campus.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate physics courses in person at ERAU's Prescott Campus.
• Courses taught in the department serve aviation, engineering, physics, and astronomy undergraduates.
• Instructors can teach 1-2 lecture courses or up to 4 labs in a semester.

Requirements

• The qualified candidate must have a Masters Degree or PhD in physics, astronomy, or a closely related field.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and hands-on physics laboratory skills.
