Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Facilitate the relationship between job applicants and employers, and manage the relationship between NEOGOV and its customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web development tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of data management and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in web development and database management.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay
