Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the platform through data analysis and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and web development frameworks like Django or Flask.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Pay
