Adjunct Faculty - Master of Social Work

About the Role

LIU Post’s MSW Program, with campuses in Brookville and Brentwood, is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach MSW courses.

Requirements

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program or a doctorate (preferred) in social work or a related field
• Minimum of three years of post-master’s experience

Responsibilities

• Provide regular and timely feedback to students
• Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes
• Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with an assigned schedule
• Demonstrate strengths in teaching at the college level
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, department faculty, and staff
