ADJUNCT FACULTY-FRENCH NON-UNION PT

Primary Responsibilities

• Create courses aligned with learning outcomes and encourage student active participation.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize various assessment methods to evaluate student progress and ensure alignment with course objectives.
• Support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals while maintaining a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork within and across academic and professional communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in French
• Preferred knowledge of Blackboard Learning Management System
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of staff and students
• Experience working with a diverse, multilingual student population, and a commitment to the open access mission of the community college
