About the role
Design and deliver course content for credit-courses associated with Holocaust and Genocide Studies undergraduate degree and certificate programs. Assess student learning; provide support, mentorship, and supplemental instruction to students related to the course. Refer students to support resources across campus; respond to inquiries. Assign grades. Abide by USNH and Keene State policies.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver course content for credit courses (50%)
- Prepare lesson plans and course materials (45%)
- Assess student learning
- Assign grades, refer students to support services
- Provide supplemental instruction and mentorship to students
- Abide by USNH and KSC policies, participate in appropriate department/unit meetings (5%)
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in related field
Qualifications
- Terminal degree in related field (preferred)
- Prior successful undergraduate teaching experience (preferred)
Pay
$800 per credit hour or $840 for those with terminal degrees.

Keene State College is located in the scenic Monadnock region of Southwest New Hampshire. The region offers many opportunities to enjoy outdoor recreation, cultural events, and a strong sense of community. Located approximately 2 hours from Boston or Hartford, CT, and 4 hours from New York City.
