Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses in finance, primarily in a traditional classroom (in-person) format. Areas of instruction may include corporate finance, investments, financial planning and CFP-related topics, and FinTech, including digital assets, cryptocurrency and blockchain applications.
Qualifications
- A Masters in finance, MBA, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior college teaching, corporate training, or professional instructional experience is strongly preferred, with evidence of effective teaching and student engagement.
- Candidates must have current professional experience, substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility, which is linked to the fields of accounting or finance.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, FRM, CAIA) and daytime availability are advantageous.
Requirements
Full-time, part-time, temporary.
Pay
Minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year.
