Adjunct Faculty – Accounting, Department of Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate courses in accounting, primarily in a traditional classroom (in-person) format.

Qualifications Sought

• A Masters in accounting, taxation, finance or business
• Prior teaching or professional training experience, with evidence of quality instruction
• Current professional experience linked to accounting or finance, with substantial duration and level of responsibility
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) preferred
• Daytime availability is a plus

Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visas.

Pay

The University provides a minimum of $2,225 per credit for all courses taught, with a maximum teaching load of 8 credits per semester and 12 credits in an academic year.

Schedule

Courses will be assigned to instructors by College & Department on an as-needed basis.
