Adjunct Faculty - Electrical

About the Role

Provide online, classroom, and lab instruction in competencies for Electrical Technology classes, including but not limited to Electrical Construction, Electric Motor Controls, Programmable Logic Circuits, and/or the National Electric Code.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical instruction for online, classroom, and laboratory settings.
• Demonstrate current knowledge required by curriculum for the electrical industry, including construction, maintenance, and industrial applications.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to provide education and supervision to students.
• Complete required professional development training for adjunct faculty.
• Evaluate and supervise students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree and related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kentucky State Electrician License or Master Electrician License (required to teach certain EET classes).
