Responsibilities

  • Teaching 1 course of AD100 - Drawing
  • Holding 1 office hour per week.

Requirements

  • Have an MFA in fine art or a closely related field, or be actively pursuing an MFA in fine art.
  • Applicants with demonstrated university-level teaching experience will receive special consideration.
  • Possess competency in foundational drawing techniques including, but not limited to: media proficiency, linework, perspective, value and tone, positive/negative space.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio of personal drawing work and/or examples of student drawing work.

Skills

  • Ability to teach foundational drawing techniques effectively.
