About the role

The Adjunct Faculty will teach a course load of one to two courses per quarter. Courses may include Qualitative/Quantitative Research, Learning Theory, Psychoactive Psychopharmacology, Social Psychology, and Professional Seminar, among others.

The mission of the PsyD program is to educate students to become informed, effective practitioner-scholars and change agents in a diverse world with a strong emphasis on social justice. The ideal candidate will help foster diversity, excellence in teaching, and a welcoming and affirming program culture.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and be licensed or licensable in Washington State as a clinical psychologist with a minimum of two years post-licensure experience. Graduates from APA-accredited doctoral programs with APA-accredited internships are preferred. Applicants with prior graduate-level teaching experience are preferred.
