Adjunct, Counseling and Psychology - PsyD

Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach at least one section of Counseling and Psychology with the potential for future courses in the candidate’s field.
• Provide instruction with a keen interest and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students of all levels and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, both in the division and throughout the University.

Qualifications

• An earned doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology or a related field.
• A license in Psychology preferred.
• Candidate must possess a keen interest and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students as well as the ability to work effectively with students of all levels and abilities.
• Two to four years’ prior college teaching experience in the field of Counseling and Psychology is preferred.
• Be able to work with a diverse student population.
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues both in the department and throughout the University community.
