Adjunct Faculty

Overview

Adjunct is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading and assessment, and professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of NY LINKS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that are in accordance with established procedures
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities

Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• Master of Arts preferred
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Touro University emphasizes excellent teaching in a student-focused undergraduate environment
• Ability to employ technology such as Zoom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

Pay

Maximum Salary USD $2,750.00/Sem
Minimum Salary USD $2,750.00/Sem
