Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
  • Improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities based on user feedback and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize complex systems.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with API design and integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with front-end and back-end development.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
