About the role

The UCF College of Sciences is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach in various areas including film, communication, advertising, and public relations. The position is part-time and based in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Teach specific courses as assigned.
• Meet students weekly in a face-to-face, mixed, or online format.
• Use technology, online platforms, tools, and software to support instruction.
• Respond regularly to student course questions throughout the contract period.

Requirements

• An earned master’s degree (undergraduate level teaching) or doctorate degree (graduate level teaching) from an accredited institution in the subject area to be taught or equivalent relevant experience.

• Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
