Adjunct: Behavior Analysis
About the role
The Department of Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas invites applications for adjunct instructors for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 semesters. This posting is open for any courses within our undergraduate, M.S., or M.A. degree programs.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in the Department of Behavior Analysis, which may include undergraduate, M.S., or M.A. level courses.
- Communicate effectively with students and colleagues to exchange information and support learning.
- Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard or Canvas for course delivery.
- Engage in relevant clinical experiences to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and board certification requirements as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. is required for adjuncts teaching graduate-level courses.
- Experience teaching, particularly in an online setting, is preferred.
- Experience working in a Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard or Canvas) is beneficial.
- Relevant clinical experience is necessary.
- A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst license or registration is required.
Qualifications
