About the role

Seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services, supervise clinical teams, and support children with autism and their families. The role involves delivering ethical, effective interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to program development.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise and mentor ABA team members
• Participate in community events and establish local partnerships
• Contribute to program improvement and organizational growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification or in progress (new grads welcome)
• Passion for helping children with autism and their families
• Strong ethics, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills
