About the role
The Adjudication Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments based on eligibility criteria.
- Make recommendations for approval or denial of applications.
- Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
