Adjoint Assistant Professor
Responsibilities
Engage in providing exemplary evidence-based clinical pharmacy services.
Function as an interdisciplinary member of the clinical pharmacy team to support medication management activities.
Establish collaborative working relationships with clinic providers and staff to become a valued and contributing team member.
Work collaboratively with providers, clinic staff, and care managers to reduce adverse drug events and improve medication management and complex or high utilizing patients.
Requirements
- PharmD degree
- Must have completed PGY1 residency training
- Currently hold pharmacist licensure in Colorado
Qualifications
- Advanced training through a PGY2 residency; equivalent previous practice experience may substitute for PGY2 residency training
- Board certification in an area appropriate for training and experience (i.e., BCPS)
- Previous experience in an academic setting
- Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record software
- Current or Previous employment, training, and/or credentialing through UCHealth or CU Medicine
Skills
Knowledge of Contemporary Pharmacy Practice (including general aspects of pharmacy practice as well as those specifically related to the area of critical care)

Hiring Range: $70.00/hr - $90.00/hr
