Adhesive Compounder

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a compounder or in a similar role
• Knowledge of different types of adhesives and their properties
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good physical condition to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members

Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh raw materials according to formula
• Mix compounds using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure compounds meet quality standards
• Conduct quality control tests on finished products
• Keep accurate records of materials used and compounds produced
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
