About the role

The Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD free operations which includes additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts consistently meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications, while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional quality and efficiency throughout production.
  • Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer software.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and mentor peers.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and dependable.
  • The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards is a plus.
  • Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI’s, EDM’s, Robotics, CNC’s, and CMM.

Benefits

At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels TCH 01 - TCH 03 as evaluated through our interview process.

Pay

Compensation
- TCH 01: $27.00 -37.00/hour
- TCH 02: $31.00 - $43.00/hour
- TCH 03: $36.00 - $50.00/hour
Pay Range
$27 - $50 USD
