The ADAS Customer Support Technician role is based in the United States and involves providing specialized remote assistance to collision repair professionals. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements for the role include:
- A technical background and strong customer service abilities.
- Experience in a technical field, technical support environment, or similar customer-facing role.
- Automotive experience, automotive education, or knowledge of vehicle repair processes.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft or Google productivity tools.
- The ability to read, understand, and apply OEM service information and technical procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering a positive support experience.
- The ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
