Responsibilities
- Support the team to fulfill client briefs by providing creative solutions in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Support the team to ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, maintains continuity between formats, line extensions, languages, and client information.
- Work under the Senior Designer, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of high-quality artwork.
- Learn and execute artwork for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Prioritize workload, seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Create strong and effective internal partnerships and collaborate with Marks/SGS.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a design production role.
- College or University diploma in graphics design.
- Strong understanding of the print process.
- Knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
- Willingness and flexibility to accept direction.
- Open to a flexible work schedule.
- Proficient using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Keynote).
Skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, speed-to-market focused team environment.
- Strong knowledge of packaging requirements such as dieline (folds, scores and trims), rollovers, type height and weight, line thickness and copy safety zones.
- Knowledge of print processes, finishes, and separations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Insightful relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and demonstrate resiliency.

Benefits
Propelis offers a competitive compensation structure reflecting the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $30 - $40 USD hourly.
Pay
$30 - $40 USD hourly
Schedule
Flex Force positions operate under a flexible, project-based work arrangement that differs from traditional full-time or part-time roles. Schedules vary based on business needs, and hours are not guaranteed on a weekly basis. There may be periods with limited or no work between assignments; however, Flex Force employees may remain active members of our workforce and may be re-engaged as new opportunities arise!
