About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the team in fulfilling client briefs by providing creative solutions in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Work on design adaptations, line extensions, secondary panel layouts, and production artwork builds.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork using industry-standard software and print techniques.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain continuity between formats, line extensions, languages, and client information.
- Communicate effectively with team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and seek answers to questions as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a design production role.
- A college or university diploma in graphics design.
- A strong understanding of the print process and multiple aspects of print production techniques.
- Willingness and flexibility to accept direction.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to work in a dynamic, speed-to-market focused team environment.
- Knowledge of packaging requirements, print processes, finishes, and separations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Insightful relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and demonstrate resiliency.
