ADA Manager

Position OverviewSupport the creation and remediation of organizational materials to ensure full compliance with ADA and WCAG accessibility standards. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRemediate PDFs, forms, and multi-page documents for screen reader compatibility, including tagging, reading order, and alt textEnsure ADA-compliant layout, typography, and color contrast across materialsWork within established brand guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on content accessibility needsDocument remediation steps and provide guidance on accessibility best practices Technical RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExperience using accessibility tools in Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides)Experience using Grackle Extensions, Grackle Go, and PACStrong understanding of digital and print accessibilityDeep knowledge of WCAG (2.1 or 2.2) and ADA standards, Section 508 Top Must-HavesExpertise in ADA and WCAG complianceStrong experience with PDF and document remediationAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skillsAdvanced Google Suite skillsAbility to preserve brand integrity while ensuring accessibility complianceExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
