AD / Director - Project Management, Non-Interventional Studies Team - Remote based in the US

Responsibilities

• Accountable for portfolio management within a Therapeutic Unit
• Empower Project Lead while navigating issues as they arise
• Encourage critical thinking in Project Lead regarding execution and financial negotiations
• Provide strategic insight for proposal preparations
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Unit Head on business growth strategies
• Engage in Con Mod process when necessary
• Support employee development with therapeutic and client knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 10-12+ years of experience in a related field
• 5+ years of management responsibility
• Proven leadership skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and regulatory guidelines

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
