Acute Wound Healing Specialist - Tampa, FL

For our client, we are seeking a Acute Wound Healing Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This field-based sales role focuses on advancing wound care solutions within hospital and clinical environments across the Tampa market. The specialist will partner closely with clinicians to support product adoption, address patient care priorities, and drive territory growth through evidence-based selling. Success in this role will depend on strong relationship-building skills, clinical credibility, and the ability to influence adoption in complex care settings. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,400 – $173,800 annually Responsibilities Consult with clinicians on the use of the company's wound care products Attend procedures and product placements within hospital settings Drive sales growth through territory management Identify and address customer clinical priorities Educate clinicians on product usage and best practices Build relationships with clinical stakeholders Advocate for therapy adoption through evidence-based solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years of sales or clinical experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Current, valid driver's license Proven track record of sales quota attainment Experience with wound care or medical device sales Benefits Company vehicle provided Participation in a fixed and variable reimbursement program Remote work location allowing for flexibility Relocation assistance may be authorized Comprehensive well-being programs for physical and financial health Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
