Acute Wound Healing Specialist (Spokane, WA)

About the role

This remote field-based role is focused on advancing wound care adoption through clinical education, consultative selling, and strong territory management. You will work closely with clinicians and other healthcare stakeholders in the hospital setting to influence therapy decisions and support better patient care. The position blends business development with clinical partnership, requiring the ability to address both financial and clinical priorities while building trusted relationships across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on the use of the company's products
• Attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting
• Drive business growth through territory management and sales targets
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities
• Educate clinicians on the safe use of the company's products
• Build and manage relationships with key clinical stakeholders
• Leverage clinical and economic evidence to encourage therapy adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Current, valid driver's license
• Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment
• Prior wound care or medical device sales experience

Pay

$158,000 – $217,250 annually
