Acute RN - Day Shift
About the role
Coulee Medical Center is seeking a full-time, day-shift Registered Nurse to join our team. The position works in both the Acute and LTS departments, addressing patient concerns and gathering necessary information for providers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise care provided by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-license personnel
- Act as a patient advocate across newborn to geriatric care
Requirements
- Current RN license required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Emergency Nursing Core Program (ENPC) certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in acute and long-term care settings preferred

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility based on the roles' duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
