About the role
This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing home healthcare for pediatric and adult patients in a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled nursing care at home
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes
- Administering treatments and medications
- Collaborating with families and care teams
- Educating patients confidently
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience of 1+ year is preferred
