About the Role
Lead patient care in the Operating Room and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, individualized nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Establish personalized patient relationships.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Ensure optimal health outcomes or support peaceful end-of-life care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate communication to guide patients through their health journey.
- Take accountability for managing and delivering care according to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior Operating Room (OR) experience required.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- If RN license has been inactive or lapsed for five years or more, a refresher course and reinstatement process are necessary.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
