RN - Day Shift

About the Role

Lead patient care in the Operating Room and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, individualized nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Establish personalized patient relationships.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Ensure optimal health outcomes or support peaceful end-of-life care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate communication to guide patients through their health journey.
• Take accountability for managing and delivering care according to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Prior Operating Room (OR) experience required.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• If RN license has been inactive or lapsed for five years or more, a refresher course and reinstatement process are necessary.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
