Responsibilities
- Model and teach independent living skills
- Develop therapeutic relationships with residents
- Implement conflict resolution strategies
- Teach healthy emotion regulation skills
- Aid in the daily living of adolescents residing in this residential home
- Provide proper level of supervision
Requirements
- A combination of skills, experience and/or education
- A valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle
- Travel throughout Chittenden County
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Ability to make decisions in a crisis independently
Structure
- Full-time (40 hrs)
- AFSCME Union (dues will apply)
- Non-exempt
- Starting at $22.75 an hour
