Responsibilities
- Counseling and supporting youth in their personal growth and development
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participating in regular supervision and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
