Responsibilities
- Achieve patient care goals by assessing and evaluating patients' care needs.
- Implement and coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary approach.
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Document patient conditions using computerized documentation systems.
- Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
- One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications
