About the Role

The Occupational Therapist at MultiCare is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. This variable-schedule position offers an opportunity to assist with weekends and cover PTO or sick calls.

FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Variable

Responsibilities

  • Perform effectively in stress and emergency situations
  • Conduct patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and response to treatment
  • Deliver treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient populations as directed
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the medical record
  • Coordinate care by communicating effectively with patients, peers, and other health professionals

Requirements

  • State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy (preferred)

Pay

The pay scale for this position is $44.42 - $67.33 USD per hour. Compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant’s years of experience.
