Acute Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient – Days

Role Overview: Seeking registered nurses for the Acute Medical Unit, supporting both new graduates and experienced professionals. This role emphasizes patient-centered care , including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Nurses will educate patients and families, promote safety, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. The position requires strong critical thinking to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, education, and support for post-treatment needs.Participate in ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Develop and communicate personalized care plans with team members and patients.Assess patient needs holistically, considering emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.Maintain a safe work environment, demonstrating alertness and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Current RN license; no prior experience required, but 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.ACLS certification is preferred (support available after hire).
