About the role
This position involves providing direct patient care in a 38-bed Acute Care Medicine unit, focusing on patients with diverse clinical conditions such as blood disorders, endocrine issues, heart and kidney failure, and infectious diseases. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care, education, and safety. The role emphasizes professional development, adherence to regulatory standards, and proactive patient engagement. The nurse will utilize critical skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.

Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, ability to work safely and alertly
