Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence & Versatility: Leverage dialysis skills to deliver life-sustaining treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety across both dedicated inpatient dialysis suites and high-acuity bedside settings (ICU/Med-Surg).
• Autonomous Problem-Solving with a 'Can-Do' Attitude: Independently manage caseload and patient needs across different hospital settings, using critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (or active Compact License).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with at least 6 months of direct dialysis experience required (acute or outpatient/chronic).
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
